Things to put on your grocery list

If anyone is needing help at the grocery store finding healthy ingredients and foods, please save, print, store, copy and paste this picture somewhere that is convenient for you. This is the best one yet that I have found. One trick to staying on the healthier side is buying foods on the outside perimeter of the grocery store. That's where the deli, fruits, veggies, dairy products and lean meats are located. When you start making your way into the middle is when you start seeing more of the processed foods, which lack the nutrients you need. What are some of your favorite healthy foods to buy?
